Three practices, one company. Editorial discipline, written specs, no platform pitch.
Most operators don't have one technology problem — they have three that touch each other. The room needs to be marketable. The guest needs to be answered. The stack behind the front desk needs to talk to itself. Each of these is a different practice, and most vendors only sell one of them.
Eywa runs all three under one company, and we compose them per engagement. A boutique hotel might commission a VR tour first, layer the Concierge on top six months later, and contract a custom Cloudbeds-to-Stripe reconciliation a quarter after that. The practices stand on their own; they're stronger together.
8K immersive 360° tours embedded into booking flows, listing pages, and leasing platforms.
→ VR Tours24/7 guest concierge across WhatsApp, SMS, and missed-call follow-up. Built on Twilio.
→ AI ConciergeCustom PMS integrations, channel-manager API work, internal dashboards, and workflow automation for hospitality operators.
→ AutomationEywa is a Malta-registered company serving clients across the EU, UK, and US. For an EU-based operator, that means: a Malta-registered legal entity, GDPR-compliant data handling for everything we build, a single legal jurisdiction for your contract, and a time-zone that overlaps every European business day plus the morning US East Coast.
For a Malta-based operator, it means we're on the same island. We do on-site work — VR captures, hotel walk-throughs, integration sit-downs — without flights or hotel nights billed back to you.
The supervisory authority for data protection in Malta is the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC). We handle data accordingly; the full data-processor list is published on /privacy.
Every engagement starts with a written architectural plan. The proposal you sign and the document we build from are the same artefact.
The systems we build are readable by humans and machines. Structured data, MCP endpoints, semantic markup, clean APIs.
Every deliverable ships with measurable outcomes. Booking conversion, response time, ticket deflection — measured, not asserted.
AI does the work; we own the quality bar. The unified inbox, escalation rules, and audit logs are part of the build, not optional add-ons.
Best for VR capture and discrete integration projects. You know what you're getting, when, and for how much, before the engagement starts.
Best for Concierge subscriptions and long-running integration work. Predictable cost, continuous capacity, written scope per quarter.
Best for operators with a strong concept and a tight balance sheet. Mix of reduced fees and equity, on terms documented up front.
The company is in 2026. The Concierge system has been built and tested on internal infrastructure; the spatial-capture practice is accepting its first commercial commissions. We're working with a small number of partner properties in Malta now — at favourable terms — in exchange for the case-study evidence that becomes the rest of this site over time.
